Training Artifacts
I make learning visible. I'm confident as the sage on the stage, but the real magic happens as a guide on the side.
How might we create one-stop shopping for training communications and resources?
Problem Statement
School district leaders had limited communication channels with building principals and teachers, who desired just-in-time resources before, during, and after product training.
Proposed Strategy
Methods: Pre and post assessment, Usage analysis, Rapid prototyping, Web design
Tools: Google Sites, Google Analytics, Powerpoint, SnagIt
Outcomes: Increased traffic to site and customer satisfaction scores. More internal investment in video production.
How might we provide differentiated entry points to engage with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Acccessibility (DEIA) initiatives?
Problem Statement
Qualitative data revealed that staff members were overwhelmed by the large quantity and scattered nature of communications around DEIA opportunities i.e. “Apart from mandatory training, I’m not sure where to begin or how best to contribute.”
Proposed Strategy
Methods: All-staff survey, User interview, Rapid prototyping, Web design
Tools: Microsoft Forms, Basecamp, Trello, Miro, Sharepoint, RingCentral, Zoom, Snagit
Outcomes: Increased traffic to DEIA site, volunteer participation rates, and net promoter scores
